3. Shipping Costs

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery

Failed delivery attempts may result in redelivery fees.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and supporting evidence

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


10. Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers

  • We are not liable for indirect losses due to shipping delays

However, we will assist customers in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
